Liability waivers must be signed and witnessed before anyone can play on the courts.

The waivers can be witnessed by any homeowner and are to be given to the office manager or slipped under her door before play begins.

Guest and family members names MUST be listed in the "Who" line of the reservation. This includes any "Private Play" and scheduled sessions.
