Hyde Park Fitness Class

2 class sessions. 9:30 & 10:30

To build community and extend the active and engaged lives of Hyde Park residents, the Social Committee is beginning a safe, low-impact fitness class that can help the men and women of Hyde Park improve core strength, flexibility, balance and brain function.

These 45-minute classes will take place in the Dining Room on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am and 10:30am beginning Tuesday, Jan. 7. Each class will be limited to 12 participants. Everyone is encouraged to attend both days each week for 10 weeks. Classes will end Thursday, Mar. 11, and resume in January if proven successful.

Dee Dee Mundell, who is a certified instructor in this exercise program and has led classes for many years, will lead the fitness classes. We plan to have other residents trained to lead the sessions when Dee Dee is away.
