Here’s the payment process for Social Committee events

We are thankful to live in an active community that enjoys a robust calendar of events and activities. We want to make it easy for our neighbors and residents to submit payment for the various events here at Hyde Park. 

Breakfast:

To make sure we have the right amount of food for everyone, please sign up using the breakfast form, but please pay for it through the lockbox in the library by Thursday afternoon before the breakfast. This will help our hosts plan and prepare the perfect amount of food for the number of residents attending breakfast. Breakfast payments will continue to be taken at the door the morning of the breakfast.

• Place payments for Social Committee Events in the lockbox located in the Clubhouse Library on the north wall just west of the doors by payment deadline for events.

• All payments must be placed in an envelope that indicates the following information on the outside of the envelope:

  • Name of Resident(s) Attending

  • Name of Event

  • Amount of payment

• Cash and check payments may be placed in the lockbox. All checks should be made payable to Hyde Park HOA with the name of the event on the memo line.

• Registration for Social Committee Events will be handled separately from payment through the regular digital sign-up forms.
